1. Cancel/Modify Order
At Solviera, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to modify or cancel your order. Below are our guidelines for order modification and cancellation:
- You can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
- After 12 hours, the order is processed and sent to the carrier, making modifications or cancellations no longer possible.
2. How to Modify/Cancel an Order
To modify or cancel your order, follow these simple steps:
- Gather your order information, including the order email, order number (found in the confirmation email from Solviera), and the details of your request.
- Send your request to [email protected] with the subject line: [Modify/Cancel Order + Order Number].
3. Refunds for Canceled or Modified Orders
Once we receive your cancellation or modification request, we will respond within 1 business day to confirm the approval or denial of your request.
- Refund Processing: If your cancellation is approved, a full refund will be processed within 3 days. If your order is modified, the refund will reflect the difference in the modified order value.
