Return and Refund Policy for Solviera
By placing an order through Solviera, you agree to the following terms regarding returns and refunds. These policies apply to customers in the United States.
A. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY
Solviera offers a 30-day return policy. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
B. HELP! I CAN’T FIND MY RETURN LABEL
No need to worry! Our packages do not include return labels. Simply contact us at [email protected], and we’ll assist you in processing your return or exchange.
C. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] and provide the following details:
- Order number and full name
- Proof of purchase (order information screenshot)
- Reason for return
For a smoother process, kindly attach a video or photo showing the defective or damaged product as proof for a refund or replacement.
Once we receive and confirm your return (typically within 72 hours), you’ll receive an email confirming the completion of your return. Refunds will be processed within 7 days. Please note, it may take 3-5 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
D. DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected] so we can address the issue promptly.
E. EXCHANGES
Exchanges are only available for defective products, wrong items, incorrect sizes, or damaged goods. If you need an exchange, contact us at [email protected].
F. RETURN SHIPPING COST
- Customers do not need to cover return shipping costs for defective products.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective products or if the wrong product was ordered.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable for incorrect product orders made by the customer.
- The return of products should be done via mail.
- No restocking fee applies for returns.
- For any returns or exchanges, please provide a photo or video of the product when received, clearly labeled, to indicate the product and the issue.
G. REFUNDS
After inspecting your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. Once approved, refunds will be issued within 7 days. You will be refunded via your original payment method. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
H. CANCELLATIONS
To cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing the order to receive a full refund. Cancellations after this period may be treated as a “Change of Mind” return.
Before placing your order, ensure your address is correct to avoid delivery issues. If the delivery address is incorrect and the package cannot be delivered, you will be responsible for any related losses. We appreciate your understanding.
